Charter of RO-Adoption

The agency shall:
1 - A work in compliance with the Hague Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Cooperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption signed by France on 5 April 1994, ratified on 27 March 1997 and entered into force on 1 July 1997. Similarly, the United Nations Convention signed on 20 November 1989 on the rights of children is at the center of its international activities.

2 - To develop information and assistance with local correspondents departmental made available to the agency.

3 - More generally, to assist in the compilation of dossiers for families wishing to make an individual approach to adoption abroad.

4 - to provide prospective adopters updated information via the website: http://roadoption.canalblog.com/

5 - To to provide families in foreign countries, a local correspondent.

6 - To help families meet their obligation to undertake monitoring reports of children to their country of origin.

7 - To provide its services for free. No registration fee to the Agency will be called families.

 

The Agency reminds prospective adoptive parents:

It can not guarantee that an application for adoption can be carried to completion. These are the authorities of the country of origin of the adoption of a child, or not to accept applications submitted by prospective adopters and decide for matching children. The Agency is not responsible for rejection of applications by country.


It is not empowered to issue visas for adopted children for their entry into France. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which this mission.
